there are numerous ways but nothing automated that i'm aware of. it mostly depends on the other site.
one option: go to the zooomr page, click on the 'sizes'...pick the size you want. below that image will be an HTML code. copy that and paste it into the other site.

upper left corner, immediately above your image, there's a small blue magnifying glass icon. click that and you'll be directed to another page where you can select one of six sizes. click the size you want. copy the html code below it.
